HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Ordering Samples

Invitation samples are available for purchase* via a link to “PayPal” from each design page or by sending a completed Sample Order Form (available to download below) along with the relevant cheque payment. They are priced as per individual invitations, with free Postage and Packing. We regret that due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to provide full customisation of samples at this stage of the order process. This will be undertaken at proofing stage should you place an order.

We welcome any queries you may have to help finalise your choice of stationery. Please allow up to 3 weeks from receipt of payment for delivery of samples.

Ordering Stationery

We do get very booked up in advance so would kindly request that you contact us prior to placing an order so we may advise on booking availability to accommodate your timescales.

Please return the completed Order Form supplied to you with your sample pack with a cheque (made payable to Prettywild Design) for 50% of the order for a deposit (please read our Terms and Conditions). For “PayPal” payment please contact us for details.

It is recommended that you order sufficient quantities of each item as we cannot guarantee being able to provide extra copies at short notice at a later date.

Full proofs will be posted within 7 days from receipt of the cleared deposit, with your preferred wording, layout and finishes for your approval. Work will commence on your order once we receive written approval (by post or email). Any changes must be clearly indicated. Further proofs will be issued by post or email as necessary.

You will be notified by email or telephone once your order is ready for despatch. The remaining balance will be invoiced with your order and must be paid strictly within 7 days of receipt of goods. For further details please read our Terms and Conditions.
