Deposit and Payment
For orders over £50 a deposit of 50% is required with your completed Order Form. Proofs will be sent to you within 7 days of the cleared deposit unless otherwise informed. The remaining balance will be invoiced prior to your sent order and must be paid and cleared before despatch of goods, either by cheque made payable to "Prettywild Design", by PayPal or bank transfer (details on request). In the event of order cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. Prices may occasionally be subject to change, but please be assured that once your order has been confirmed and a deposit paid, the prices quoted are secure. For orders up to £50 the full amount must be paid before work commences on your items. Proofs Proofs are provided for you to check the spelling, wording and layout prior to completion.These will be sent to you by First Class Royal Mail (or emailed if appropriate) within 7 days from receipt of your order and cleared deposit. Please check all details very carefully and indicate any amendments, preferably by email and if required we will issue an amended proof. We will do our best to accommodate late revisions but please bear in mind that late changes will be subject to extra costs if full production on the order has begun. Delivery You will be notified by email or telephone once your order is ready for despatch. Please allow up to 6 weeks* from approval of the proofs to delivery, depending on quantities ordered. We will keep you updated of your order status via email. *We usually operate a booking system. The customer will be advised of earliest production and completion dates. Postage and Packing We take our utmost care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used. Most items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, requiring a signature on arrival. Postage and packaging will be charged on orders as follows: 10 cards or less: £1.00 11-49 cards: £6.00 50+cards: £12.00 Individual items: Table Plans: £15.00 Guest Books: £4.00 Post Boxes £5.00 Our Designs Because most of our stationery is handcrafted, there will naturally be slight variations on each item. However, every effort will be made to maintain a level of uniformity within each order. In the event of any materials being unavailable, we will endeavour to provide a suitable substitute with your prior approval. Good quality white or ivory envelopes are supplied with all invitations, save the dates and thank you cards as standard. Other colours and finishes can be supplied at additional cost. Please be aware that the embellishments used on our cards are small, and may present a choking hazard to small children and babies. They may not be reproduced, copied or downloaded in any form without prior agreement. Please note that it is the responsibility of the client to obtain permission for the use of readings or lyrics used in the Order of Service. Privacy No personal information you supply to us will be passed on to a third party, except for the purpose of debt collection if necessary.
