TO PLACE AN ORDER

We kindly request you contact us first so we can to check booking availability, discuss your requirements and provide production and dispatch time estimates. You will then be emailed an order form and terms & conditions to complete and return to us. Please don't hesitate to email if you have any queries at any stage – we're happy to help.
Deposit and Proofing
Order proofing will begin following receipt of the order form and a deposit payment for 50% of the total (excluding P&P). PDF or JPEG proofs are provided via email within a few working days days from receipt of the cleared deposit, showing your customised details, style and colours for your approval. Print and production will commence on your order once we receive your approval by email. If you require any changes prior to approval these must be clearly indicated and subsequent proofs will be provided until you're happy with them. Please allow up to 3 weeks from proof approval for order completion.
You will be notified by email once your order is ready for despatch. The remaining balance plus delivery charges will be invoiced and must be paid strictly before despatch of goods.
We advise ordering items in stages eg. save the dates or invitations first followed by reception stationery at a later date (this is usually started from 6-4 weeks before the wedding date). Production time for your on-the-day stationery can be booked in advance at your request.
