ORDER INFORMATION
1. A booking system is implemented so we can fully schedule all orders and provide appropriate production and despatch times. We kindly request you contact us first before placing an order to check booking availability.
2. To place an order please request an Order Form via email or post (your sample pack will contain one) and return to Prettywild Design. Proofing will commence following payment of a deposit for 50% of the total (excluding P&P).
3. We advise ordering items in stages eg. save the dates or invitations first followed by reception stationery at a later date (this is usually started from 6-4 weeks before the wedding date). Production time for your reception stationery can be booked in advance at your request.
4. PDF proofs are provided within 7 days from receipt of the cleared deposit, with your details, style and colours for your approval. Work will commence on your order once we receive approval by email. Any changes must be clearly indicated. Please allow up to 4 weeks from proof approval for order completion.
5. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for despatch. The remaining balance will be invoiced and must be paid strictly before despatch of goods.
